and this is amazing absolutely! And you know I met so many different stages on this period

and about it I will do another one video where I will explain everything from zero until the end

until the 40th day. So today I'm going to do easier training because of I have still women's

days. Let's do it together right now! Okay our first exercise Cat-Cow movement. For this we stand on our

fours and move our spine up and down.

3, 2, 1, 55 seconds.

You must lift your spine up and down.

This is warming up. So we have four warming up exercises as usually and then we do full exercises.

Try to make all your movements honestly, properly. Try to reach highest and lowest point in the air.
