Alright guys it's Tuesday and it's my bike day. So I want to do some stretching
warm up a little bit and I'm gonna hop on the bike and do my bike work for the
day. So I hope I'm motivating you all to get up and do some activity. So I'm not
gonna do too much I just like to stretch out my back. You guys all know I like the
rag doll so just you just hang.
Down.
Do some shoulder circles.
Sometimes when you're doing it, you're like, I don't know if you've heard, but I just had a crack there.
And my shoulder just popped in or, you know, just corrected itself.
So, it's good to just move your body.
Let's get my head here.
And do some arms up.
I'm going to do a lot more of my arms when I'm on the bike, so I'm not doing too many right now.
Just stretch out your body.
Stretch to the side.
Stretch forward.
I'm going to stretch out my legs a bit.
Get them moving.
Walk back and forth.
Stitching out the backs of the tendons.

This is a really good one to do if you guys got lower back pain, it stretches out your
legs.
It's all hurting your lower back because you're tight in your legs and your shoulders.
You gotta fix your posture so stretch yourself out.
All right, I think I've stretched out enough. I'll stretch more after, but just jump on
the bike. It'll take my 30 minutes. You guys will see. I'm going to do my arms again. It's
